located in Venice, Santa Monica (Ocean Park preferred to northern SM) or maybe West Hollywood
off-street parking (for 2 cars)
rent range between $2000-$3500
dishwasher
laundry on premises
allows cats
not gross
WOULD LIKES:
2 or more bathrooms
outdoor space (balcony or enclosed yard)
laundry in unit
large living room
hardwoods/tile
new construction or updated kitchen/baths
ample storage space
I've already started obsessively checking Craigslist postings. Will probably shell out for Westside Rentals subscription in April. Good times ahead.
